This is a great time for new players to “be seen” by returning players and coaches, so please come out! We will be practicing using the Soul 2025 offense and defense strategies. 

November, Date TBD: Pre-season tournament

This tournament will have its own application and roster. While this wouldn’t be an professional Atlanta Soul event (you’d pay our own way), we will endeavor to make it low cost and could lend other support in the form of coaches, logistics, etc. The main reason for this is to build our team culture and get chemistry with each other since many Soul players play on different club teams, and the pro season is so short!

December 7-8: Open tryouts

January 2025: Practices start

Practice weekends will be 1-2 weekends per month. The new distribution of practice weekends is designed to make the pro season more accessible for both players and coaches, and will be supplemented by weekly or bi-monthly mandatory Zoom team meetings where we will review strategy, build our team culture, do visualizations, and create a strong sense of shared ownership of Atlanta Soul.
